Lemon Beauty Smoothie
Serves 2-4
  • 2 C Water
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 1 medium handful of dandelion greens or watercress
  • 1 medium handful of parsley, thick with stems removed
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
